Bill Young is a life long resident of the Columbus, Ohio area. He graduated from the Capital University Conservatory of Music in 1985, and has been a resident of Dublin, Ohio for the past 20 years.

In 1987, Bill started his first business, a landscape construction company. The business, under Bill's direction enjoyed explosive growth, with a sales increase of over 8100% in its last 10 years. He also managed and owned a remodeling business which was very successful in the Columbus area. Bill sold both businesses in 2000, and is now working full-time as a professional speaker, trainer, business coach and consultant.

Bill is an advocate of “life-long” learning and education. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a PhD in Management and from Walden University, and currently teaches Leadership & Organizational Behavior, Manageing Change, and Public Relations at Indiana Wesleyan University and the University of Phoenix.

Bill has published two books, The Streetwise Guide To Growing Your Business and The Emotional Aspects of Change: What Every Manager Must Know.

Bill currently lives in Columbus with his wife Cyndi, daughters Olivia and Rachel, and their Newfoundland, Clifford. Bill is currently a member of the Ohio Speaker's Forum and the National Speaker's Association. He also maintains membership in the National Eagle Scouts Association, The Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International, and is a Master Mason. In his rare spare time, Bill is an avid bowler and a mediocre yet enthusiastic golfer, although not reflected by his handicap.
