Libraries That Impact Outline

Bill Young is the owner of Library Success, a consulting and training firm located in Dublin, Ohio. For the past decade, Bill has spoken and trained thousands of library staff and personnel throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

Bill is a graduate of Capital University, has an MBA from DeVry University, and a PhD from Walden in the field of applied management, where he did his dissertation research on library cultures.

He is a life-long self-employed businessman, employing over 200 employees over the past 30 years.

Bill is a married, proud father of two little girls of 5 and 9, and a 6-month-old Siberian Husky named Maya.

He is here today to share some insights and ideas on how to improve and enhance many aspects of our library, and to make the library a better place to work and serve.
