Generations In The Library

This program addresses the 4 distinctly different generations that are actively working in libraries today. We discuss the attributes of each generation with the underlying causes, and obtain a better understanding of each. This program is a must for anyone who works with others from different age groups, as we learn how to strengthen relationships between generations in the library.

The Diversity Challenge
This program is designed from years as a diversity trainer for a major university. We address diversity in the library and how it affects behavior, relationships, and customer satisfaction. We learn about origins of prejudice and stereotypes, the 4 layers of diversity, create a diversity action plan, and much more.

Survival Series Simulations (Full Outline)
These are classic team-building events and workshops.
